Completed: 2026Fenview Flats, Stir received a phone call to come in with the additional private equity needed. We knew time was of the essence to get this 4-story, 119-unit market rate apartment development off and in the ground. This was a perfect premier modern apartment complex project for Stir to be involved in with raising the capital stack for the last round of funding required for this project. Stir reached out to its investment partners that we have partnered with and have been working with on similar projects, all the way back in the Summer of 2006.
This development located near historic downtown Chaska, MN, with top-ranked schools, nationally recognized golf courses, and retail shopping, it provides a blend of suburban convenience and scenic views, it did not take very long to lease out and to achieve a profitable and stable level of occupancy. Stir appreciates and is grateful to all their partners who continue to provide the best service possible for their clients. Project Total Value $26,000,000.

The Fletcher at Linden Hills, Stir had the pleasure to work with our team from Montgomery Place located in St. Paul, MN. Stir knew the utmost importance that this project had with the entire ownership group of raising the initial capital within twenty-four hours for this development, with a very short timeline to be able to close. We worked tirelessly, diligently, up to the 11th hour to bring the initial capital and assist with the funding for the project to be able to get to a closing.This 15-unit boutique rare luxury condominium development offers large single-level living and is located right in the heart of Linden Hills, which offers a scenic, village-like lakeside lifestyle with a strong sense of community, is a highly walkable, upscale neighborhood, nestled between two of the cities premier lakes. With direct access to the Chain of Lakes Trail system.
Our team was eternally grateful to the ownership group who kept us in mind and that we were also able to assist with round two and round three, for the additional capital that was required, to have this type of blend of modern living, allure, and a community with a whole lot of charm. Stir has always been motivated and committed to each and every lasting relationship with all of our existing and new clients that we work with and keep setting up for success time after time. We had the pleasure to work with our team to bring this state-of-the-art pet hospital to life in the city of Rosemount, MN to helping them grow and achieve their goals in other markets.This pet hospital is unlike any other. The custom built, modern facility, features a state-of-the-art layout that includes 5 exam rooms, double surgery suite, high-tech diagnostic tools with advanced medical equipment. Chafin Vet provides comprehensive wellness care, urgent and emergency pet care, pet surgery, dental care, and an online pharmacy for all of your pet care needs and requirements. 2441 University Avenue West, This building still has the historic features from the 1930’s. Inside, the spaces have contemporary and sustainable features. This building is the epitome of extraordinary, eccentric, captivating, and fascinating. These are just a few words on how to describe this prominent adaptive reuse project, that the principal from D/O Architects had the vision all along when getting involved. We also, had the pleasure of working alongside and being part of with our affiliate, 326 Group. Stir had the pleasure to work with the project manager and superintendent, who we met on another senior development project in Maplewood, MN.This project was designed by “no other” than award winning architect, D/O Architects. FilmNorth marked its 35th anniversary by announcing its most ambitious project to date. The space includes, the corporate HQ’s for D/O Architects, a new state-of-the-art media arts center, providing classrooms, meeting space, editing rooms with indoor and outdoor cinemas-all in a intricate building and space that is creative with a positive vibe and energy that is responsibly developed with its carbon footprint front-of-mind. Project budget $8,500,000.

Stir generally has a good pulse on certain markets inside and outside of major cities. We went out to talk with several child care providers ranging from 12-14,000 square feet centers in Scott and Carver County. We determined through research and market studies that were completed that we knew that there was quite the pent up demand for a daycare provider to sustain and be able to build a 16-20,000 square foot center. We chose Next Steps Learning with United Properties as our prime partner for this two acre site.
