    Fenview Flats, Stir received a phone call to come in with the additional private equity needed. We knew time was of the essence to get this 4-story, 119-unit market rate apartment development off and in the ground. This was a perfect premier modern apartment complex project for Stir to be involved in with raising the capital stack for the last and final round of funding required for this project. Stir reached out to our investment group that we have partnered with and have been working with on similar projects, that started way back in the Summer of 2006.

    This development located near historic downtown Chaska, MN, with top-ranked schools, nationally recognized golf courses, and retail shopping, it provides a blend of suburban convenience and scenic views, it did not take very long to lease out and to achieve a profitable and stable level of occupancy. Stir appreciates and is grateful to all their partners who continue to provide the best service possible for their clients. Project Total Value $26,000,000.

    The Fletcher at Linden Hills, we had the pleasure to work with our team from Montgomery Place located in St. Paul, MN. Stir knew the utmost importance that this project had with the entire ownership group of raising the initial capital within twenty-four hours for this development, with a very short timeline to be able to close. We worked tirelessly, diligently, up to the 11th hour to bring the initial capital and assist with the funding for the project to be able to get to the closing table.

    Our team was eternally grateful that we were also able to assist in round two and round three, for the additional capital that was required, to have this type of blend of modern living and a community with charm. Project Total Value $14,000,000.

    Colony Court was the very first client and still remains a client today, since opening our doors in 2004. Stir has always been committed to each and every lasting relationship with all of our existing and new clients. We had the pleasure to work in this community of Waseca, MN, with the entire Worke family to helping, them grow and achieve their goals in other markets as well as outside and inside the metro area in the multi-family and the senior care industries.     Ingleside Senior Living, was another project that Stir was called back for. Shortly after the second phase of Colony Court was completed in Waseca, MN. This community in Fairmont, MN had recognized a need to add more units of memory care with additional assisted living. Stir assisted in design / build services. Project budget $2,900,000.

    Stir generally has a good pulse on certain markets inside and outside of major cities. We went out to talk with several child care providers ranging from 12-14,000 square feet centers in Scott and Carver County. We determined through research and market studies that were completed that we knew that there was quite the pent up demand for a daycare provider to sustain and be able to build a 16-20,000 square foot center. We chose Next Steps Learning with United Properties as our prime partner for this two acre site.
